You can not send more emails at this time.

Hello

 

I'm trying to send our invoices out using MYOB BUSINESS. Friday is invoicing day. I've only sent about 12 and a message says that I can't send any more emails and to contact support.

 

This is incredibly frustrating. Are we limited to the number of invoices we can send out? Please advise what I need to do.

    Hi JoanEllen,

     

    Sorry about the hassle here. MYOB Business can apply a daily email sending limit as a security precaution, which is why you’ve hit that message. It’s not a billing or subscription issue. Please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can review your account and remove or increase the limit for you.

  • I have just discovered this problem. MYOB increase their fees while taking away options and features that were previously available. I am trying to invoice members of the local mens shed their annual fees. 72 members and need to email invoices to them. AS you said Joan "THIS IS INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING"
