MYOB Assist adding users

Hi All,

 

We use the MYOB assist app mainly for uploading credit card receipts.  We have approximately 8 employees using credit cards and I am currently uploading all the receipts but its very time consuming and many receipts are lost. It would be awesome if each employee could upload their own receipts via the app.  Is there an easy way to assign everyone a login?  I have looked at the MYOB instructions but it appears very complicated!

    Hi DLS19042000,

     

    Chasing receipts for 8 different credit cards is a nightmare, and it's no surprise some go missing. You're definitely not alone there. The good news is each employee can upload their own receipts, so you don't have to do it all yourself. It just means giving staff member their own login with limited access (so they can upload receipts but not poke around anywhere else). Here are a couple of handy links that walk you through setting up user access and getting receipt uploads happening:
