I have tried for weeks to cancel my MYOB subscription that is due to be renewed at the end of the month. has anyone found a way to cancel (i have been on hold, been hung up on, logged a ticket and le...
I am having the same experience as MS1988. Hours wasted trying to get through to an agent to arrange cancellation and leaving call back details to no avail.
This is preposterous.

I suspect it is deliberate to make it as difficult as possible for us to downgrade/cancel so they can squeeze another month or two subscription fees, outrageous!
