Google authenticator

I am unable to log in as every time I put my google authenticator numbers in myob tells me the numbers are not valid. Have also tried to set up passkey and that's not working either. Have tried 2 different computers and none of my details have changed/ Please help, I have a mountain of work to do today and have spent 2 hours trying to log in.
