Since the last update I am unable to be signed into my MYOB New Zealand account and MYOB Australia account at the same time. Any ideas?

MYOB AccountRight user - My workaround for this was to add a new user to one account/company file with the same email address as the other one, which effectively means I use one identity to log into both. It has been a little glitchy today i.e. encountering an error and logging me out after a number of hours and then it took a bit of faffing to log back in, but it is currently working again, and I have both files open at once.

We need an update to undo the last update that wreck everything.
It is ridiculous that you cannot open more than one MYOB account at a time.
The fact that you are forced to sign off one account to open another account is 'prehistoric' and inefficient.
I am paying for an Australian MYOB account and also a New Zealand MYOB account.
Sort it out.
we can't log in either? we use the program on computer and when we open it takes it to the online log in , then we log in and says, now you can close the window and open the app. The app is blank?

This issue started this morning.
We manage multiple entities with different ABNs, each using separate names and email domains.
When we sign in to one entity with its email, any other entity logged in with a different email is automatically signed out.
This significantly reduces our efficiency and productivity when managing multiple entities at the same time.
Is there a solution?
They are separate account numbers so have different email address and passwords to sign in
