MYOB Support for Partners

Hi,

Does anyone have a direct support Partner for their practice?

It seems mine has moved on and the replacement doesn't exist.

We are at our wits end with the customer service line and after 2 hours on the phone with them today to update payment details we still cannot get anywhere.

Would love a contact please

    Thanks for raising this.

    We’re forum moderators and don’t sit on the Product team, so we don’t have visibility into who has or hasn’t been consulted as part of the Partner Program refresh, and we can’t confirm that side of things.

     

    What we can share is that the Product team is in a transition phase to a refreshed Partner Program in 2026, with existing status tiers carried through while they finalise the new design.

    Update on new Partner Program 

    Recall Announcement in August 2025 with Release in January 2026

     

    Some 2 months ago I emailed Dale Dixon and my Partner Manager about Progress.

    No replies have been received.

     

    I have not been approached for Suggestions about the Design of the new Partner Program.

    Have Partners been involved?

    Hi Ptabrooke,

     

    That support call lasting 2 hours certainly isn't a joke.

     

    If you're part of the MYOB Partner Program, the most direct line is via the Partner Hub in MYOB Practice. From Practice Compliance, click the Help icon on the left and choose Log a support case. That goes straight to the Partner team to look at your practice and payment details.

     

    You can also log a support request from My Account (myaccount.myob.com) by going to Support > Contact support and submitting the form there, which is handy if you don’t have time to jump on the phone.

    Hopefully, that gives you a smoother way through than the main support line.
