I am getting a failed to load error but can't see anywhere in the link where I can contact a support person directly?

Hi CathyCarter,
It's been quite a while since you've met this issue with the report, could you check if you're getting a "failed to load" error message when trying to generate the Receivables Reconciliation with Tax report? If so, we have a nifty script that might do the trick! Since only our awesome support team can run it for you, you'll need to reach out to them directly through one of our various support options here.
