Waiting on Hold for 3hrs+

Has anyone had this issue? Last week unfortunately I had some issues to resolve and had to spend this time on hold. 

This MYOB is asking for very pesonal information eg drivers licences, passport, banking statements & SMSF Trust deed that is certified.

Has anyone had or having this issue?

Not happy customer

  • i have been on hold for over 4 hours   MYOB are  interfering  with the day to day running of a business   If they are making changes on how to access files they should have the staff to take calls     I suspect  I have been locked out of my MYOB so they can place me online and pay a subscription

  • I have been waiting 3hours 49 minutes and counting, this is not my first call in the last 4 weeks with nothing resolved, numerous email's not answered for various clients.  Xero is looking so good now not happy

    And again today: after an hour on old, my call terminated. So I am back in the "priority" queue, having given my case number and company ID all over again

    I spent 4 hours yesterday without any resolution and already over 2 hours on hold today!! Just not good enough MYOB!

    I tried booking an on line support session, but the page keeps telling me there are no available slots

    Great suggestion Genreve: but nobody follows up on on line support tickets and the virtual assistant times out if you are not at yoru PC the moment the operator comes on line.

    Sorry you’ve had such a rough time with this. I can understand why you’d be unhappy after being on hold that long.

     

    The verification process can sometimes involve requests for personal or business documents, but because this is account-specific it’s not something we can properly sort through here on the forum.

     

    If the phone lines are taking too long, you can also create a support ticket through My Account or connect with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
