Wait times are crazy!

I spent 2.5 hours on hold last Tuesday 9.6.2026 after sending through a Pay super change of details form on 13.05.2026 with no response nor changes being made.  Then Thursday 11.06.2026 I spent 3.5 hours on hold, finally got someone on the phone who did half a job, basically took our details and said they'd get onto someone in pay super who would contact us same day.  Nothing.  Yesterday (15.06.2026) received an email saying everything had been updated - updated only one entity rather than the two on file.  Emails are not able to get through as the pay super mailbox is full and I am still no closer to getting the second company file changed!  Case #03085028 - I would appreciate someone getting on to me asap.  I can't tie up the phone all day yet again.   Beyond frustrated!

    Hi KimC3001,

     

    Thanks for chasing this up. From what you've described, it looks like only one of the two company files was updated.

     

    If you haven't already, it might be worth replying to the email you received to let the team know the other file still hasn't been updated, and which company file it is.

     

    That way the Pay Super team can pick up the remaining change from the same request. We appreciate your patience as our team work through the support queues.
