Wait times are crazy!
I spent 2.5 hours on hold last Tuesday 9.6.2026 after sending through a Pay super change of details form on 13.05.2026 with no response nor changes being made. Then Thursday 11.06.2026 I spent 3.5 hours on hold, finally got someone on the phone who did half a job, basically took our details and said they'd get onto someone in pay super who would contact us same day. Nothing. Yesterday (15.06.2026) received an email saying everything had been updated - updated only one entity rather than the two on file. Emails are not able to get through as the pay super mailbox is full and I am still no closer to getting the second company file changed! Case #03085028 - I would appreciate someone getting on to me asap. I can't tie up the phone all day yet again. Beyond frustrated!
