Wait times are crazy!

I spent 2.5 hours on hold last Tuesday 9.6.2026 after sending through a Pay super change of details form on 13.05.2026 with no response nor changes being made.  Then Thursday 11.06.2026 I spent 3.5 h...

Hi KimC3001,

 

Thanks for chasing this up. From what you've described, it looks like only one of the two company files was updated.

 

If you haven't already, it might be worth replying to the email you received to let the team know the other file still hasn't been updated, and which company file it is.

 

That way the Pay Super team can pick up the remaining change from the same request. We appreciate your patience as our team work through the support queues.
