Sorry this left you stuck after processing the pay run, especially when you’ve been asking for emailed customer payment receipts for so long. We were aware of an issue yesterday when submitting super payments, and the good news is it’s now been resolved. We do read these posts, and feedback like this helps keep the gaps visible. If you run into the same issue in future, please continue processing your payments via your browser and check the MYOB Status Hub for incident updates.
