Super Payments

Hi I have a super payment that has been processed in MYOB but came out of the bank on a different date. How can I delete this transaction and correct the date as my bank rec won't work because super ...

Hi Commsco22,

 

If the superannuation payment has been processed and authorised, it can't be reversed or be deleted. However, you can still reconcile your bank account by manually matching the payment. Since the bank transaction falls into December, your November reconciliation will show an unreconciled balance for this payment. This is fine. Simply reconcile November as usual, then match the payment when reconciling December. Reconciling your bank accounts has detailed information on how to manually reconcile an account.
