AccountRight Attachments

I've just contacted LiveChat. They suggested editing the customised form. Said that sometimes the images can become corrupted. I've gone through that process, but it still doesn't work. Works ok when using the plain paper format. They said it may be due to an update, but they were not sure. It's a bit ridiculous. I don't want to use the browser version, as I can't get it to track emails through Outlook. Another issue altogether.

I have the same issue:

Since today, customised invoice forms no longer generate valid PDFs from AccountRight Desktop. This was working normally yesterday.

The issue occurs on three separate computers in three different locations accessing the same online company file.

Troubleshooting completed:

• Standard MYOB Plain Paper invoice generates and prints to PDF correctly from Desktop.
• Custom invoice displays perfectly in Print Preview.
• Custom invoice generates a corrupt/invalid PDF from Desktop.
• Email itself sends successfully from Desktop, but the PDF attachment is missing.
• Send to Disk does not create a usable PDF.
• Saving the customised form under a new name does not fix it.
• Removing images from the customised form does not fix it.
• The exact same customised invoice generates a valid PDF perfectly through MYOB Browser.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Was fine yesterday and no not working. 

I have the same issue with a client - was working fine 2 days ago. Now no attachments going when they email - and they cannot print any invoices Mike_MYOB​

Thanks for sharing. It sounds like the invoice or purchase order is being sent without its attachment, and the form itself won’t save. That isn’t expected behaviour.

We’ve seen similar AccountRight cases where saving the document to disk and attaching the saved PDF to a regular email worked as a workaround. If the document also won’t save to disk, creating a new customised form has helped in a similar case.

Same issue here, all worked fine yesterday and now will not print or save custom forms.

MYOB default form saves fine.

Email sends with no attachment.

Going via print, then to print to PDF generates a file that is corrupted.
