I am trying to apply a customer credit to an overdue invoice but when I hit "apply to sale" it's not showing the outstanding invoice/s. What am I doing wrong?
It might be that the software does not recognize the invoice you are trying to apply to as overdue. It would be best to check the overdue invoice to see if there is already a payment applied to it.
