Card/Bill Attachment window won't close

I have noticed in the last couple of days, that if an invalid file type attachment is dragged into the Card Attachments or Bill Attachments window or the that the close window button is greyed out and I can't close the window.

Online support have advised me not to drag in an invalid file type.

If I'm dragging an email with multiple attachments, I'm supposed to check?

    Hi DaniGW,

That's right! Not all types of file can attached to the transactions. If an email's got a few attachments, just give them a quick once-over and only drop the supported ones in. You can check this article about attaching documents to transactions to know more with the type of files accepted.

I understand about the invalid file types, my issue is that suddenly I can't close a window because of the invalid file.

    Hi DaniGW,

Just having a quick look at the screenshot, aside from the Close button, were you able to click the little X up the top of the window to shut it? Sometimes that works even when the main button doesn't want to play nice. If it's still stubborn, clearing your AccountRight cache might do the trick and reset things.

    Regards,

    Sai

    Hi Sai,

No, the X button doesn't work, neither did clearing the cache.

    Hi DaniGW,

Thanks for the update. If it still acting up after doing all the previous workaround suggested, best bet is to give our live chat team a buzz via our virtual assistant MOCA so we can look at this further and help you sort it out.

    Cheers,
