Change of phone number on invoice

how can i change our phone number on our invoices? I changed it in company information but it didn't change it on the invoice. I also tried form but can't anything in there where this could be changed? Can anyone please help?

    Hi lola_d,

     

    Good on you for updating the phone number under Setup > Company Information. You're on the right track! Just make sure after entering the new number, you hit the OK button down the bottom to save the changes. If you've already done that and it's still being stubborn, try closing and reopening AccountRight, then give it another crack. Sometimes it just needs a little nudge to catch up.

    Hi there, I have logged out and back in already twice and left it overnight however it won't change the details on email when customer receive invoice. What else can I try?

    Hey lola_d,

     

    Really appreciate you giving Sai’s suggestions a go. Sounds like you’ve done all the right things, but that new phone number still isn’t showing up on your invoices. At this point, it’s best to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. They'll be able to dig in and help you sort it out.

    Hi lola_d​ 

    I don't think the company information changes anything that goes out to customers. Are you talking about your sales invoices. This might help: https://www.myob.com/au/support/myob-business/business-settings/forms/personalising-forms depending what version of MYOB you are using. I use the desktop version.
    The browser version doesn't seem to be working for me at the moment but I think you click on the cog (settings) top right, then go to Sales Settings, then Templates and you can edit your invoices there.

    Edit: The phone number on our templates is a text field - typed in, not linked to an 'automatically updated' field like the invoice numbers etc.
