Client Complaint re Unpaid Invoices

My client was complaining that the Unpaid Invoices Summary she received did not contain the pdf of the Statement or Invoice. She is the manager and has to approve and forward the pdf to her accounts ...

    Think statement - this is an invoice summary, and would prompt clients to request copies of invoices where required.

    Thanks Jenniek, but I'm thinking it will be more annoying for my clients, without the additional detail of at least an invoice number.

     

    Will be ideal for clients who are regularly late payers though. :)
