That's definitely a tricky one when it only happens randomly. We've got a post that might help sort this out: Company ABN not appearing on emailed invoices | MYOB Community. You can also try Clearing the AccountRight Cache. That can sometimes sort out little display hiccups like this. If it's still being a pain after that, best to have a quick chat with our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. They can take a closer look for you in real time.
