Email blacklisted

Hi.

How do we go about getting email addresses removed from the black list? Our main domain 'accounts' email has been blacklisted and need to get it removed. 

 

What can be done so as this doesn't happen in the future ? Our business emailing structure hasn't changed and this email address has been in operation for years, so wandering how we happened to get on the myob email black list ?

  • I resolved this by calling MYOB and speaking to someone that fixed it while I was on the phone.

    Took 20 mins on the phone.

  • Removed 'Marked as Solution'. Didn't realise, but we got blacklisted again the next day.

    Was told it was whitelisted when on the phone. Please fix.
