We are aware of the issue that some of our customers were experiencing when sending invoices. This issue has now been resolved, and you may try sending invoices again. If the issue persists, you can contact our support team for further assistance. The best ways to contact them are through live chat via our virtual assistant MOCA or by raising a support ticket through myaccount.myob.com.

Hi Earl, just want to clarify that it's sending remittances not invoices that we are having issues with, or is that based on the same thing?

It doesn't seem to have fixed remittances - on my system anyway

It is sending remittance advices (not invoices) that has the problem. And it is not fixed yet.

I have tried again just now and it is still not fixed!!!!!!!!! Are you going to fix this issue or just ignore it????????????????????????????????????????
