Emails status stuck on sending
Hi,
I am having issues with sending invoices to customers using desktop version of AccountRight.
I am trying to send out our invoices and the email status is stuck on sending. I know that some customers have received their invoice, yet the system was still showing sending but I am now unsure if all customers have received their invoices. I understand that I can untick the send emails using AccountRight and it can go directly through outlook but then I do not have an activity history and I am unable to keep track.
I have cleared the AccountRight caches from my desktop, but this has not fixed the issue.
How can this be fixed?
