Error 4407 when Trying to import data

Did you possibly mean the -4077 error? If it is -4077 can you please send me a Private Message containing:
- Business name
- Serial Number
- Company File ID (Found under Help > About MYOB) for the file facing this error
Once I have this information I will be able to run a script that should resolve the error.
If it is not -4077 and is -4407 can you please attach the error log, the error log should detail what the issue is and how to resolve it.
