Hello Earl,Thank you for your reply.We have one customer who is requiring their invoices to be in CSV format. I have been through the Import/Export assistant but am no closer to understanding how it works.&nbsp;

Hi JacmusWe have just had a customer request the same thing and I cannot see anywhere that it allows invoices to be exported to csv format (Excel)

Hi&nbsp;jrcivil&nbsp;and&nbsp;Jacmus&nbsp;&nbsp;Individual invoices can only be generated as a PDF file.&nbsp;MYOB allows you to export transactions in a csv format, however this is primarily to import into another MYOB file. In other words the export to csv is in a format that will only make sense to MYOB.&nbsp;That said, you cannot export just one specific transaction, you can for example export all Sales &gt; Item Sales for a given date range - which can be one date. You can further reduce what is exported by using previously set identifiers, for example for a particular client. You would then need to edit the csv file to remove all invoices except the one you want to provide to your client.&nbsp;Not exactly user friendly, but can be done. See support note in previous link for further info about exporting.&nbsp;RegardsGavin

Thanks&nbsp;gavin12345That is what I thought but figured I would double check without having to create an invoice in MYOB and then have to recreate the same data again in Excel each month.Appreciate your help.
