I'll make sure to update you when I have more information, however I cannot provide a definitive time frame at this point. It has now been 24 hours since the last update, and there are still significant issues affecting our workflow. Can MYOB please provide an update on when this will be resolved?
Is it not possible to roll back to the previous version while a fix is being worked on? The current changes have had a noticeable impact on day-to-day processes.
It’s quite frustrating that another update has been released without consultation or consideration of how it affects users in practice.
As a practical solution, could MYOB introduce an option (similar to the remittance advice settings) that allows users to choose whether payment options are printed? This would provide flexibility without forcing a change on all users.
