Actually did a test and it worked for a new invoice. Looks like this function is off from now on...

I have tried this. Didn't work for me. Did a print preview of the sale and QR code is still there.
Maybe it might work for any new ones. I'll have to give it a try.
I think I'll leave the online payments turned off and people can just go back to calling us up with CC details over the phone. Sorry MYOB until you turn this off I'm leaving the online payments function off.

MYOB have done it again! Would you please give consideration to your customers i.e. the ones paying for the subscription, not ours, the ones you want to earn additional revenue off for no work. At the very least you should include it in Customise Forms so that we who do not wish to include it can remove it!
I work for my client one day per week, on a Tuesday afternoon, the first thing the Director said to me was 'MYOB have done it again! Can you get rid of this' - I think I will double check with him does he mean the second page or MYOB!

Having to wait weeks for some kind of update is wasteful and quite frankly useless

Hi AmandaMYOB
Thanks for this update.
Unfortunately it is pretty bleak that we need to tolerate this for weeks before there will a way to disable this wasteful feature.
Again, your work around does not work. It seems like you have not actually heard the numerous posts on here stating that MYOB's settings do not let us print only the first page.
Our current printer contract is metered per page and we generate a high number of invoices each day. Paper costs money. There are a million reasons why the rollout of this feature has been terrible. This is just so wasteful and inconvenient.

Hey everyone.
We've heard your feedback about the additional "How to Pay" page being included when printing invoices from AccountRight desktop, and we understand the impact this has had on your workflows.
The team has prioritised a better solution, we are working on a new print setting in AccountRight desktop that will allow you to exclude or include the "How to Pay" page when printing invoices.
We're targeting this change for the next AccountRight release, which is expected in mid-July.
Thank you for your patience and for taking the time to share your feedback. It has helped us understand and priortise this work, and we're committed to getting the solution to you as soon as possible.
In the meantime, here are a couple of workarounds:
- If you don't need the payment information page, you can print only the first pages by selecting the appropriate page range in your print settings, or print double-sided to reduce paper usage.
- If you're printing invoices to use as packing slips, AccountRight has a dedicated Packing Slip feature that's designed specifically for this purpose. You can find more information here.
Thanks again for your patience and understanding. We'll continue to keep you updated as we get closer to the release.

This is not a solution. I have 4 major customers that get multiple invoices per day who pay via direct deposit at the EOM. Then I have small clients that might get 1 invoice per month and like to pay via the online payment option. To continuously toggle on and viable off is not a viable solution. Thanks for the suggestion though, it may work for someone

I have found something that will work - open up an invoice, go to Edit Options, Manage default settings, Online Invoice Payments, right hand side of Online Invoice Payments you will see an arrow which will give you a drop down, then you can turn off Allow Online Invoice Payments....make sure you save your changes.
Hope this helps.

I did that, but it is still printing onto two pages. Frustrating and such a waste.

AmandaMYOB Some of my invoices are 2 pages and I already print double sided. So now I am wasting a full sheet of paper each time I print an invoice.
