How to stop QR code for online payment from printing

Hi,

How can I stop the QR code for online payments from printing for my customised sales invoices?

The QR code is printing on the back of the invoice which does not suit our invoice paper.

I do not want to turn off the online payment option.

I am using MYOB Accountright desktop software.

Hi all.
The latest update for AccountRight is being released next week. With this update, we will be introducing a configurable print setting under the Preferences tab in AccountRight. This setting will be ON by default. You will be able to edit these settings by clicking into Setup > Preferences. Please note, these settings are only visible when online payments is switched on.

I'm with you BJ3. I've had it with having to delete the unwanted page 2 of the invoice.

AmandaMYOB today the QR codes have started printing again with our invoices. What is going on? Please advise how this can be stopped. This has been such a frustrating situation.

Hallelujah. It appears our problem has been solved. Will know for certain when I next print an invoice.

Hi Fiona Miriam, Your solution is perfect, it works well and if you click on Manage default settings, you can permanently turn of on line payment.This simple implementation should be to all MYOB user who wish to turn off on line payment

Jane you can also now turn off the second page so it will never print. Find it in AR Desktop Preferences>Sales (find at bottom)
By unchecking this you can leave online payments on (if you still wish to use this feature)
