Thanks for your post and welcome here to the Community Forum. We appreciate you taking the time to share your concern with us. We are sorry that you are facing issues emailing the statements through Outlook and thank you for your patience during this time.
Emails sent via Outlook will only be sent if Outlook is open. If Outlook is closed, emails from AccountRight will sit in Outlook's outbox folder and be sent when Outlook is opened.
Note that if your company file is online, you can send emails straight from AccountRight, so you do not need Microsoft Outlook or other email software installed on your computer. You may find more information in our Help Article: Sending emails using Microsoft Outlook.
