Impossible to get assistance

We no longer need one of our MYOB account subscriptions and it is impossible to get any help.

 

You would think online where there is a "cancel subscription" button it would then lead you to easily get that done. No, it gives you a generic number to call where you sit on hold for over an hour for the person to just hang up on you.

    Thank you for the post, and I'm sorry for the late response. I understand that you're having a challenge with cancelling your subscription, and I'll be glad to assist you. If phone support is not working for you, you can cancel your subscription by submitting a billing case via 'My Account'.
