Thanks for raising this! Our team is aware that their is an issue when opening In tray on desktop. In the meantime, please access your documents via the Uploads menu when logged in through a browser.
I also suggest reaching out to our backend team so they can flag your file as affected. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

my in tray is now working, but today the program is running ridiculously slow and so many "time outs" and "shut downs"
I don't know what is going on there, but this has to be sorted as the time wasted in a business with these problems is crazy - TG_Rae2 months agoExperienced Cover User
My In Tray is not working today after an update, I've loaded them in then they disappeared, so I refreshed it and nothing so restarted program nothing so I loaded them again then it refreshed and they were all in there twice, I started deleting the duplicates out then they all vanished again. this is so frustrating.

Yes, I am still having issues. I have logged this with MYOB support. This is part of their response yesterday.
I am sorry for the delay, and I am here to help with your InTray documents.
Our investigation shows that this is a well-known issue that has already been reported. The problem ticket created as reference is 02629040.
As a temporary workaround, please view the documents through your Uploads menu when logged in on the browser.
I have added this account to the list to note that your account is affected and to keep you in the loop for any progress. We may not have a specific date as to when a permanent solution will be available, but rest assured that we will notify you immediately once there is an update if this has been resolved.I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Your patience and understanding during this time are appreciated.
So I will patiently wait and see what happens and if my documents come back into the InTray.

Is anyone else still having issues? I know I have at least 20 invoices in the in tray and they are linked to Bunnings etc but none are showing. Very frustrating
