We understand that this issue has been around for a long time. We understand your situation and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. As for this matter, we cannot provide a timeframe for when it will be fixed since it is still under investigation by our team. I will follow up on this concern to our relevant team so it will be put as a priority. Rest assured that once we have an update it will be posted here in Community Forum.
