Invoice reminders going to wrong email

Hello 

 

I have a customer who I have emailed invoices to. The original invoice went to the customer but all the reminders are now coming to my work email address instead of theirs. i believe this is happening to all open sales with them. 

 

I can see a post in the forum that says the customer support team need to fix this at their end. 

 

Can you please have a look ?

    Hi Lelunaz2,

     

    I see that you're having issues with invoice reminders being sent to your email address instead of your customer's. Upon checking on our end, there is no reported issue with invoice reminders being sent to the wrong email address. It would be best to set up the invoice reminder again to refresh any data.       Hi Doreen 

       

      I already did reset the reminder before I posted this last week however I still received the reminders this morning.

    Thanks for resetting the reminder, but if the invoice reminders are still coming into your email, I highly suggest getting in touch with our live chat. To get through to a live chat agent, you will need to get in touch first with our virtual assistant, MOCA, through myob.com/support.
