Invoices not emailing

I updated our AccountRight to 2025.11.1.6 today. Since the upgrade, when I attempt to send a PDF invoice via "send to email", it fails and simply goes to create an email to the recipient, but no invoice attached or email narration, just the header. Any help or ideas appreciated.

    Hey 2763841,

     

    Noted the 2025.11.1.6 update and that Send to Email opens a blank email. You can do a quick test by sending one email to yourself and if it behaves the same. If it does, you can reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. Make sure to include a screenshot of what you're seeing so our team can take a good look of the full picture.

    Thanks Doreen. Yes. I have already tested sending one to myself and the same thing happens. I have submitted a support case via My Account yesterday and I'm awaiting a reply (MYOB support request #0269****).
