Thanks Sai
Surely I'm not the only user out there that has had this issue?
Our volume is just too much plus our segregation of duties is built around this ability to email invoices to the MYOB intray.
In regard to the browser version of MYOB, it's horrible, not user friendly and is only good for basis MYOB use only, not the size of our business. I use it for my very small company's I look after but that's it.
Appreciate you responding to my help request.
Regards
Leanne

Hi LDOG,
That’d be a pain, especially when it’s only happening with some of the companies you look after. Since dragging the invoice into the In Tray works, I’d check that you’re sending each invoice to the current In Tray email address for that specific company file. It’s also worth trying a new email with just one PDF attached, without a signature or extra images, and checking whether you receive an error email. If it’s still hit and miss, try sending the same PDF from another email account to one affected company’s In Tray address. That can help narrow down whether it’s related to Outlook or the email content. In the meantime, downloading the invoice and adding it to the In Tray manually is a good workaround. If the invoices appear in the browser In Tray but not in AccountRight desktop, try closing AccountRight and clearing the AccountRight cache. If it’s still happening after these checks, it’s best to reach out to our Support team so they can investigate.
Regards,
Sai
