Sorry for getting back to you late. I hope you were able to connect with our support team directly and get the help you needed? The old turn it off and on again can often do the trick here. If you untick and then tick the setting, as a sort of reset, that should ideally sort it.
If that doesn't do it, we think it will be best for you to reach our support team for some troubleshooting and investigation. You can chat with our support team live through our virtual assistant MOCA, or open a support ticket in MyAccount.
