Depending on the number of contacts you have in your MYOB Business the selection list may not load the full list. However, you should be able to type in the required name or the first few characters of the name for it to appear. For example, say the name was "Smith, John", you should be able to type in "Smi" for it to appear. In addition to that, you can check if the customer card is still active. To check it using the web browser, go to Contacts > Change the Card type to Customer and click the customer name to check if it's still active. If the customer name is not showing up, tick the "Show inactive". Feel free to post again if you encounter any issues.

Hi Doreen,
Thank you for your suggestion. The customers are active. Unfortunately, when I start typing the name and options show up, the name I want does not show. This happens about 1 in every 5 customers online. It does not happen in the PC version.
