MYOB User

I have been using MYOB for many years. Recently I changed from MYOB Business and MYOB Essentials to one product that does both. It has been very challenging. I especially dislike the invoice template...

Hi Diddee 

Are you using AccountRight - the web based version or from an icon on your desktop?

The customise format is different in each version even though the data is the same.

If you want specialised customisation you need to be using AccountRight from the desktop icon.
