Online Payment System - Fees

Hi I have just setup the online payment system for customers to pay invoices directly from the invoice.  I have chosen the settings to charge the customer for the surcharge fees if they choose Paypal...

Hi RJPDnD,

Welcome to the Community Forum! This can sometimes happen if you send the invoice using the MYOB Invoice app. We recommend sending it through the browser; you can log in at app.myob.com.
