I can understand why you’d feel let down, especially after you’d already turned the option off and expected that to be enough. Once online payments is verified, new invoices have online payments enabled by default, and the payment options can also be changed on each invoice before it’s sent. For the payment made on Sunday, online invoice payments can take 1 to 2 business days to reach your bank depending on the bank’s processing cut-off times, so it can be slower than an Osko transfer. What I’d suggest from here is:
- check the Transaction Details report in MYOB to see whether the payment is showing as Settled money.
- for future invoices, open the invoice and click Edit so you can switch off Cards and digital wallets on that specific invoice before sending.
