Online payments turned off but still taking place?
After MYOB had forced the signup of online payments I made sure all of the toggles to accept payments by credit card were turned off.
A week later the first payment came through (via credit card). I opened a support ticket via my account, which was ignored then closed.
This week I have a second credit card payment for nearly $2000 come through, and of course, MYOB have charged fees for this service.
As mentioned I have everything turned off, I have contacted support with no reply. Im hoping someone from MYOB will see this post and solve the issue.
