Online pyts - turn off

I have just realised that ONLINE PAYMENTS has been activated.  I did NOT activate it, again another MYOB money grabbing earner.  I have tried to turn it OFF but the button won't move to turn it off.  It is not linked to the correct codes, either.  I am the owner of the product.  Again, I will have to spend hours on the phone to get this removed, plus chase up with customer as the payment has not been received.  MYOB 'STOP' doing automatic activations on everything and let the subscriber decide what they want or don't want rather than making us remove unwanted features.

 

ALSO,  Bring back OFFLINE BACKUPS.

    Hi MJBook,

     

    Thanks for your post. I can see why you’d want to turn Online Payments off. You can do this by going to Settings > Sales settings > Payments > Edit preferences, then deselecting Allow online invoice payments and saving the changes. This changes the default for new invoices. Existing invoices, recurring invoice templates, or invoices created through the Invoice app may still show the online payment option, so you’ll need to update those separately before sending. For the full steps, see Turning online payments on or off. 

     

    If needed, you can temporarily use Server Edition to work with offline backups.

    Thanks Sai but I had already gone thru' the steps before posting.  It won't deactivate so I will need to call MYOB, just another gliche with MYOB.  You can only use SE version for 2026.4, I'm on 2026.5 and today upgraded to 2026.6.
