Thanks for reaching out.
I understand how important the attachment is for the remittance advice because the attachment itself is the document. Generally, if any invoices, remittance advice, or customer statement emails where received without attachments there is a problem with the custom forms that we are using. May I confirm if we are using any custom forms? Also, I would recommend trying to send the remittance advise using one of the default forms from the system.

We are not using a custom form, we are and have always just used the standard remittance generated by MYOB. We generally pay suppliers on a Friday and this is the very first time it has been reported that the attachment is not attached

I received a "no reply" email this morning saying this matter had been resolved, it hasn't been resolved. At this point in time I haven't had a reply from Geneve or my latest post.
Geneve please get back to me as soon as possible as I will be remitting again on Friday

Sorry to hear that and thank you so much for your patience. Would you mind expanding upon what email method you do use i.e. Is Setup>>Preferences>>Emailing>>Send Emails Using AccountRight enabled? If not, what email product do you use and what version? Do those emails appear in the sent box/outbox within your email client with the attachment?
