Yes, you may schedule sending out invoices automatically by setting up recurring transactions. When you save a recurring transaction, you can specify how often you want the transaction to be recorded and for how long you want to schedule it. Hi Jem,
I have read the article and have setup a recurring invoice but what I don't know is, if I have the recurring invoice delivery status set as "To be Emailed" will it also automatically email the invoice in the recurring invoice process without any user interaction at all in the whole process?
Also is there a way I can setup a biannual schedule, the dropdown only goes to 1 year, I have an invoice where it only goes out every 2 years?
