Accountright closing

Hi Team,

 

I keep getting the "something went wrong, Accountright needs to close" whenver I try to open 2 employee files. I raised the same query 4 weeks ago but it hasn't been resolved yet.

 

Attached is the error report.

 

Serial No.- xxxx xxxx 3800

Company File ID.- 1

 

Please assist.
