Adjustment of opening balance of Compassionate Leave Payroll Category

Thanks for you post. 

 

To add an Opening balance to leave on the payroll category, You can Go to The Card File command center>>Card List, open an employee card>> Payroll Details tab>> Entitlements. Enter the Opening balances (in hours) in the Balance adjustment column. 
 

 

If your unable to change it, there are a few reasons you might need to change an employee leave balance. You can check on this Help Article: Adjusting leave Entitlements This contains more information serves as your guide regarding leave entitlements.
