Are Leave Entitlements paid on Overtime

The entitlements question regarding overtime is quite niche. In general, leave usually only accrues on ordinary hours (not overtime), and bonuses don’t normally create extra leave unless it’s specifically spelled out in your award, EA, or contract. Since it can get a bit technical, I recommend checking this with your accountant or advisor to ensure everything’s compliant.

Thank you for your reply. If this is the case, why does it automatically acrue? Shouldn't it be linked with overtime that entitlements do no acrue?
