ATO Payroll Cayegories

How do you change a ATO Payroll Category when it is shaded grey?  A Notice of Period category was put to a ETP ATO category incorrectly.  I need to change it before I do the EOFY finalisation and MYOB is not allowing me to change it?

    Hi SarahU1, 

     

    If you’ve accidentally run values to this category tied to ETP, it’s something our team can help you with. Best bet is to pop in a support ticket through the MyAccount window or have a quick chat with our virtual assistant, MOCA.
