Can't process payroll in new finanacial year - AGAIN

Cant process payroll in the software or online

 

This has happened 3 years in a row now.

 

Software Message:

A pay run was saved with the following details:

Payment date: 1/01/0001

Pay period: 1/01/0001 - 1/01/0001
Do you want to continue with the saved pay run, or start a new one?
Please note, if you start a new pay run, the saved one will be deleted.

 

Then software crashes

    Hi Tyson1979 

     

    Thanks for that information. I've run the script so you should be able to process pay runs now. Please let me know if you continue to have problems.

    Sorry to hear you're having this issue. So that I can assist can you send the last FOUR digits of the serial number and the Company File ID (Help>>About MYOB AccountRight)

      I'm also having this issue and I have 60 people waiting on their pay.

        If you could please reply with the last 4_digits of your serial number + the Company File ID this relates to? (Help>about MYOB Acountright>Company File ID:__)
