Yes, the system’s calculations are spot on, it uses the three decimal places. The hiccup is just in how pay slips show the rate, rounded to two decimal places. Our dev team is already on top of this and working to sort it out, though there’s no timeline yet for a fix. Rest assured, I’ve added your account to the list under the ticket for this issue.
