Co-Authorising Super Payment

We have a New CEO who needs to Cosign the Super Payments. I have set her up with all the roles that she should have but she is getting an error message that says "You do not have the authority to sig...

Hi adminfinanze,

 

Thank you for your post. Can I confirm the role set up for your new CEO? If it is set up as a PAY Super Authorizer or Administrator, they should be able to authorize payments. I'd recommend checking this Help Article: Add a Pay Super payment authorizer when setting up the user.
