Dashboard super balance incorrect

It can definitely be worrying to see an owed balance when you know you're in the clear. The amount you see in the Superannuation payable widget comes directly from the Linked payable account set up in your super pay items. To see what's going on, you can run the Superannuation payments report first to compare it with your dashboard. You'll want to make sure the exact same account is selected for every super pay item. If a wrong account got mixed in, the dashboard balance will be off and won't match your report. You can find more details in this guide.

 

If your reports show zero outstanding but the dashboard is still stuck on $206.67, please reach out to our support team directly. They'll jump in to investigate and figure out exactly where that number is coming from.
